Senior Center Survey: Hello,As part of our reaccreditation process, we are required to solicit input from people in the area who do not currently use our services. We have put together a survey (as a Google Form) to gather this information. Rachel asked me to reach out and share the link with you in hopes that there would be a way for you to share this with your community members.
