Open Book – Accurate Appraisal

STATE OF WISCONSIN
NOTICE THAT THE ASSESSMENT ROLL IS OPEN FOR
EXAMINATION AND OPEN BOOK
Pursuant to s. 70.45, Wis. Stats. the assessment roll for the Year 2019 assessment will be open for the examination starting on the 15th day of August, 2019 at 8:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m., Monday through Thursday.
Additionally, the assessor shall be available on August 15, 2019 at the Oregon Town Hall, 1138 Union Road, Oregon, WI from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Instructional material will be provided at the open book to persons who wish to object to valuations under s. 70.47, Wis. States.
Notice is hereby given this 22nd day of May 2019.
