NOTICE HEREBY GIVEN for a PUBLIC HEARING to be held on Tuesday, July 16, 2019 at 6:30 p.m., before the Town of Oregon Plan Commission at the Oregon Town Hall, 1138 Union Road, Oregon, WI 53575.
1. Rezone Request. Petition #DCPREZ-2019-11471. Parcel # 0509-082-2750-0 & 0509-082-2736-0; 1325 & 1329 Hobby Horse Rd., Oregon, WI 53575. The request is to rezone two adjacent properties into districts more appropriate for their acreage 2.84 acres from SFR-08 to SFR-1. The rezone request would allow for taller accessory buildings. Owner and Applicants are Steven Neuenschwander, 1325 Hobby Horse Rd. and Britton Wiedemann, 1329 Hobby Horse Rd., Oregon, WI 53575.
