ROW Permit – W Netherwood/Madsen Road

Hello,

I have attached a permit request form and mapping for a project to be taking place on W Netherwood Rd and Madsen Rd. We will be converting the overhead lines within that subdivision from overhead to underground. Looking to start in about 1-2 months and the contractor crew will be InterCon Construction. Blue is showing retirement, red is installation, and black is existing.
