Seeking Residents to Serve Remaining Term of Town Board Supervisor: The Town of Oregon Board of Supervisors seeks interested residents to apply for the remaining term of one vacant Town Board Supervisor seat.  The appointment to this seat ends April 2025. Residency in the Town of Oregon, Wisconsin, is required to be considered for filling this vacancy. The appointed individual will serve on the Town Board and various committees for the remainder of the term.  To request a copy of the application, including more details about the appointment process, please send an email to Jennifer Hanson, Town Clerk, at jhanson@townoforegonwi.gov or visit the Town of Oregon website at https://townoforegonwi.gov/forms-permits/. On the website, look for the Town Supervisor Application section to download the application. Paper copies are available during regular business hours at the Town Hall. The deadline for submitting applications is Thursday, April 25 before 4:00 p.m. Applications can be returned via mail, in person at 1138 Union Road, Oregon WI 53575, or by email jhanson@townoforegonwi.gov.   Town Officers entitled by Wis. Absentee Ballots for November 3, 2020 General Election

If you have requested a ballot by mail, you should track your ballot at https://myvote.wi.gov

Absentee ballots are mailed ONLY to those voters that have requested a ballot by mail.

If you want to vote in-person prior to Election Day, you may vote at the Oregon Town Hall, 1138 Union Road, Oregon, WI  53575.  Hours for in-person absentee “early” voting are below or see notice here In-person Absentee Voting, Voter Registration or In-person Absentee Ballot Drop off Hours

Tuesday, October 20 to Friday, October 23 from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. (noon) and

Monday, October 26 to Friday, October 30 from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.

The last day to request an absentee ballot by mail is Thursday, October 29, 2020.

The last day to request an in-person absentee ballot is Friday, October 30, 2020.

**All ballot must be returned to the polling place by 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 3 to be counted.

You are NOT allowed to pick-up an absentee ballot for yourself or anyone else (unless they are hospitalized and then required to follow specific conditions).  An absentee ballot can be completed in-person or mailed to you. 

The completed ballot can be returned via mail, hand delivered or dropped in the NEW locked dropbox on the railing at the town hall.  Absentee ballots cannot be returned electronically by fax or email, must return a hard copy with original voter signature and witness signature and address on absentee certification.
