Notice of Road Bids: Town of Oregon Official Notice Advertisement for Bids For Town of Oregon Roads Wedging and Seal Coating and Sweeping Notice is hereby given by the Town of Oregon, Dane County, Wisconsin, that it will receive sealed bids for wedging and seal coating and sweeping of town roads. Sealed bids should be mailed to the Town of Oregon, located at 1138 Union Rd, Oregon, Wisconsin 53575 by 8:59 a.m. on Monday, April 15, 2024. Bids will be publicly opened and read at the Town Board meeting Monday, April 15, 2024, at 9:00 a.m.  Discussion and decision will be voted on by the Town Board on Tuesday, April 16, 2024, at 5:30 p.m. Bids are being requested as described below. To provide wedging and seal coating and sweeping of the following roads.   Wedging portions of Netherwood Road Seal Coating Woodvale Road, Forest Glen Road, Trusler Circle, Alan Drive, Darcy Drive, Honeysuckle Lane, Madsen Road, Madsen Circle, Williamsburg Road, Pinion Trail and Hobby Horse Road.   The Town wishes to have this work completed during the 2024 work season, meaning done prior to October 15, 2024. In-Person Voting, Voter Registration and In-person Absentee Ballot Drop off Hours, Sample Ballot and Deadlines for the November 3, 2020 General Election

There are several deadlines for the November 3, 2020 General Elections.  Please review the following list Deadlines for the November 3, 2020 General Election.

The Town of Oregon will offer in-person absentee voting.  The hours are listed below or review the In-person Voting, Voter Registration and In-person Absentee Absentee Ballot Drop off Hours.  You do not need an appointment.  Please remember to bring photo ID (driver’s license) to receive a ballot.

October 26th – October 30th   

Monday – Friday: 1:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.

We are encouraging everyone to request an absentee ballot by mail.  You may do so by visiting https://myvote.wi.gov/en-us/

 

Absentee ballots received in the mail can be returned to the secure black drop-box on the railing at the Town Hall.
