2020 Property Assessment Completed.
The 2020 assessment of property in the Town of Oregon has been completed by Accurate Appraisal, LLC. All properties that have an adjustment in value should receive a letter from Accurate Appraisal this week.

Due to social distancing, the open book with be by telephone. You can schedule an appointment online https://accurate.rovingcalendar.com/appointments or by calling 1-800-770-3927.
The Open Book is scheduled for Wednesday, July 29 from 12:00-2:00 p.m. Accurate will be available until 4:00 p.m. to ensure everyone has an opportunity.
If you are unable to make during that time, please call 1-800-770-3927 prior to Board of Review on Monday, August 24, 2020, to setup a time that works with your schedule.

Property Owners unable to reach an agreement with Accurate that want to appear at Board of Review must call the clerk’s office at 835-3200 to schedule an appointment to appear before Board of Review. The clerk’s office will be closed on Friday, August 21st. Please leave a message or email the clerk at jhanson@townoforegonwi.gov.
