Absentee Voting Instructions: Completing your Absentee Ballot: If you have questions on completing your absentee ballot, please watch this video from the City of Madison.  https://youtu.be/jsVm6dQDemU   Witness Signature:  The Witness signature can be your husband, wife, family member or any adult US citizen.  If you do not have anyone, please contact the town hall at 835-3200 for help.  Here is information from the City of Madison on organizations that are working across the state to help voters in need of a witness.  https://www.cityofmadison.com/clerk/news/voters-in-need-of-a-witness Status of Absentee Ballot: Was your absentee ballot mailed to you?  Was your absentee ballot received back at the clerk's office?  To check the date the absentee ballot was mailed to you and the date the completed ballot was received back at the clerk's office please visit www.myvote.wi.gov and search by your name and birthdate.  There are boxes in the middle of the screen with the dates.  Please contact the clerk's office at 835-3200 if you have any questions.
